- No punch line. Read it and weep! It had to be done for the sake of my strong belief in continuity, and it's hard to make a ruthless landlord say anything funny. Kareeeeeem.

For no punch line, I found it oddly funny that the landlord had three pages of just standing there. I must be crazy.
